Bubbles is an ESA for 10yr old little girl. A rescue person stole Bubbles. This rescue person offered to help board Bubbles and his cage mates for free for me. She picked up the cockatiels on July 20th. On July 25 rescue person wrote me and told me that she would not be giving them back. She then flipped him along with his 2 cage mates Pete and Dot to an unknown adopter. The person who has Bubbles may not know that he is stolen.
