Charlie escaped on May 5, 2017 at the Carson Street and San Gabriel River intersection (Lakewood/Long Beach, CA). He is a red-throated conure. He is mostly green, but has red feathers in his throat area. Stands about 6″ tall. Two credible sightings were made on May 18, so he may still be out there.
