He will likely be in a tree as he liked sitting in them when he was a baby and he was flying around different tall trees.
He is a cinnamon violet Indian Ringneck Parakeet/Parrot, he has mauve wings and a violet highlight on his lightly grayish colored body. He has blue eyes and a dark ring around his neck. He has a green band around his leg and he can only make a few sounds including giving kisses and saying what. His tail should be around 8 inches long.
Please try to get him using walnuts or almonds, and provide him with water if you are able to get him by calling his name. Since he is scared he would likely reject hands so please use your elbows as a perch.
