Phoebe is roughly the size of a Steller’s Jay, mostly dark green and dark blue, with a yellow beak and a patch of cream-colored feathers on her breast. She escaped on the evening of April 1 (this is not an April Fool’s joke) near the Overlake Microsoft campus (on the Redmond side).
