I’m the one who always says ‘How do you lose your pet bird?’ Well, I will tell you how. You love him so much, you buy him cool perches & stands to play on. Then your dogs are so excited to go outside they push the door open too far! They step all over your feet & trip you up, because 80, 90, & 130lbs of McLovin is painful; as well as difficult to maneuver around. In that split second that the top of your foot is ripping, your heart is tearing in two because your beloved cockatiel has flown out the door.
Franklin looks like pretty much every other cockatiel. Yellow head, grey body, orange spots on cheeks. He wolf whistles, prefers to sit on heads or your shoulder. He gives kisses. It is a distinctive kissing sound. Songs he whistles include: A Bridge Over the River Kwai, The Entertainer, Tequila, and Bad Boys. (The theme song to COPS) He will eat out of your hand, & is very bossy if you are whistling when he wants to. He is a treasured member of my family. If you think you have seen Franklin please feel free to call or text me at 715 two 99 eleven forty.
