Oats is a blue quaker who is the emotional support pet for a teenager with anger issues, anxiety, deoression, and stress issues who is heartbroken. She has special needs herself and will die within days without proper care. She is fully flighted. Please do not approach within 20 feet or with a ladder, net, etc. She does not know you and will get spooked and fly away. Oats knows many words and sounds. She may land on your shoulder or outstretched hand, as she is very friendly. If she does, please walk calmy inside and call. Reward offered.
