Vinnie is a blue Indian ringneck parrot. He has a high pitched voice and screech that is quite unique from common birds. He has a long tail and when seen in the distance, resembles a large long hummingbird. Can say his name, “I love you”, “you’re so cute” and more in the ringneck voice. Loves chips.
