Olive is a 1-year-old Quaker Parrot and has a neck cone/tube around her neck and the feathers are missing from the bottom of her right leg. She does have a band but I do not have the number recorded. She answers to “Ollie” or “Olive” and knows how to say many words and phrases, including the names “Giovanna”, “Anthony”, “Mercedez” and “Ollie”
