Blue and white parakeet… lost Bud in Allouez, Wisconsin (Green Bay) on Saturday September 27 in the afternoon. He is fairly tame and use to having free reign of the house. He will jump onto a persons hand if approached slowly but might bite lightly once before jumping on. He also has a thing for landing on people’s heads and loves sitting on your hair.
